The challenge. Hospital leadership ran operations on SAP (incl. R/3), but finance visibility stopped at whole-organisation level. Department heads had no true profit & loss view, budgeting was a manual spreadsheet exercise, and every planning cycle depended on one-off data pulls.
What we built. Full department-level profit & loss models across the hospital, a structured budgeting framework, and organisation-wide finance models — built on data integrated from the SAP operational systems, with the dashboards and reports finance teams use day to day.
The challenge. Massive data volumes across operational and business systems, moved by a patchwork of brittle jobs and manual steps. Integrations broke silently, and every new data need meant weeks of one-off engineering.
What we built. A large-scale, Python-based ETL platform: ingestion from the operator's core systems, transformation and validation layers, and orchestrated, monitored pipelines — engineered as reusable tooling rather than one-off scripts.
The challenge. Ownera's network for regulated, tokenised institutional assets needs infrastructure that satisfies financial-grade expectations: secure, available, and operable — not a lab prototype.
What we built. Core infrastructure for the blockchain-based network: environment architecture, deployment automation and the operational foundations for running distributed financial infrastructure in production.
