I've spent my career designing and delivering production systems for banks, telecoms, hospitals and government — in the UK, the US and internationally. The foundation is Python, data architecture and large-scale ETL, built long before "data engineering" was a job title.
The work evolved with the industry: blockchain and trading infrastructure for institutional finance, Customer 360 platforms for banks, hospital finance and operational systems on SAP, and AI-driven products in healthcare. The through-line has always been the same: complex data, production stakes, and an organisation that needs it delivered — not advised on.
